This Juicy XPA is a deliciously refreshing beer that’s perfect for those who love a little bit of haze in their life. With a tropical fruit aroma, this beer has a silky-smooth body and creamy mouthfeel that gives way to a crisp, refreshing finish.

This bottom fermented Vienna Lager is medium bodied with plenty of malt notes and reddish-brown hue. Hopped with European varieties Perle and Saphir to give the beer a noble hop character, this Snowy Lager expresses elements of spice and refined citrus top notes.

We brewed using a complimentary composition of malts, lightening the body of the beer using neutral extract to provide a crisp, clean basis for the hop to shine. A hybrid style featuring an array of bright tropical and citrus forward hops, we fermented this beer with a lager yeast at temperatures ‘colder’ than the traditional Pale Ale, hence the new style. Also, the Cold Pale Ale was also not at all named to coincide with ColdPlay playing at Optus Stadium at the time.

With a combination of Pilsner and Munich malts, our Summer Lager has a touch of spice with a late bitterness brought on by the German Magnum and Saaz hops. This Summer Ale is a light, flavoursome but not overpowering and sessionable beer with a little fruity ester. The perfect beer for a warm Summer evening to watch the sunset by the river with and to keep the good vibes going all night.

This Pale Lager is a hybrid of the American Pale Ale. The clean and ready malt profiles allow for the hop varieties to shine through. Packed with flavours and aromatics of passionfruit, stone fruit, citrus and melon, all with a crisp lager finish.

This is a rich, characterful, golden Czech lager with a bready malt and hop character, followed by a strong but clean and rounded finish which increases drinkability. When the day is almost done and you’re ready to put your feet up, the Czeched Out Pilsner is the perfect brew to heck out with.

This Autumn Lager is the perfct company for when the cool weather rolls in. With an amber to light copper colour, a moderately rich body, herbal notes an a slightly warming finish, this is the perfect brew to get cozy with.

Crafted with soul pleasing qualities, this Red IPA is best enjoyed on those wintery Perth days. Southern Cross and Centennial hops provide aromas of citrus and pine whilst six specialty malts deliver flavours of caramel, raisin and a subtle nuttiness in the finish.
